Needs-Based Investors
When it comes to investing, one size definitely does not fit all.
At DVP, we like to think of ourselves as needs-based investors. We believe that when it comes to investing, one size definitely does not fit all. While some companies are ready for a traditional $1-5m Series A round of funding, others are simply not at the appropriate stage in their lifecycle to take a capital injection that large. To address these varied capital requirements, we have two basic investment types that can be adjusted to fit the needs of your business: Seed-Stage and Series A. We will consider funding growth opportunities on a deal by deal basis.
We have a history of investing with other venture capital firms and strategic investors. DVP prefers to lead equity rounds, but we will consider joining a syndicate opportunity with the right partners.
